I'm starting stage 2 of New Rules of Lifting for Women today!

I'm raising the weights from 7 & 10 lbs to 10 & 15 lbs (less reps)

I will be very sore!

Start - 5' 10" 288 lbs Goal is 170 lbs

Week 1 - 283 lbs 5 lbs lost

Week 2 - 278 lbs 5 lbs lost

Week 3 - 278 lbs plateau

Week 4 - 277.4 lbs .6 lbs lost

Week 5 - 277.6 lbs .2 lbs gained back

Week 6 - 274.6 lbs 3 lbs lost

Week 7 - 273.8 lbs .8 lbs lost

Week 8 - 270.8 lbs 3 lbs lost

Week 9 - 270.4 lbs .4 lbs lost

I've started the second week of New Rules of Lifting for Women. I'm in Stage 1 of 7 stages.

It feels good to become strong again. :)

I hope to get to Stage 3 by the end of summer. I am going to add weight as I get stronger too.

I've already graduated from 5 & 8 lb dumbells to 7 & 10 lbs.
